We showcase the best of New World boutique wine.

Pairing beautiful wine, to beautiful food. 

Monday: 7am - late

Every wine is hand-picked by our in-house sommelier. They are big Mendoza reds, delicate Tassy sparklings and textural Adelaide Hills whites. Curated to be quaffed after work, savoured over food and explored with friends.

We are Brisbane's first modern wine bar who champion the boutique, smaller producers creating world class products. The Australian wine industry is fast becoming the leader in new world viticulture as it continues to gain global recognition. However we are not alone with the likes of Burgenland, Mendoza and the Wachau Valley continue to develop and understand their unique terroir and let the wine speak of place. These are the wines, digestifs and aperitifs we are obsessed with. 

We all enjoy a good party, so every once in a while we will be putting on special nights. Either to showcase a beautiful new example of Australian wine, or simply to enjoy the night. Feel free to get in contact if your planning a product launch, staff party or celebration.

Chef's Menu

While we champion Australian wine, we do not limit ourselves to an Australian influence for our cuisine. In true Bistro style our food is designed to be shared over various small plates, and always with wine. Evolving and adapting continuously, our chefs prepare and plate up on our large concrete bench showcasing the quality of the ingredients.
